Celethé Lingham is the Founder and Director of Serviply and an experienced operational and administrative consultant with over 10 years of cross-sector experience. She specialises in operational efficiency, governance and compliance, systems implementation, and business support services, helping organisations streamline processes, strengthen internal structures, and build sustainable foundations for growth.
Heather Veldhuis is a Director of Serviply and is experienced in communications, training, and business support, with experience spanning digital strategy, client engagement, operational coordination, and organisational development. She brings a strong combination of creative thinking, practical implementation, and people-focused leadership, with particular strength in introducing new technologies, supporting change adoption, and helping teams integrate new systems with confidence. Heather has experience in training, coaching, and facilitation, working closely with individuals and organisations to build capability, strengthen communication, and support effective ways of working. At Serviply, she contributes across business development, communications, training support, and project coordination—connecting strategy, systems, and people through thoughtful execution and a collaborative approach.
